Brook's Youngest brother #12, Reagan will be going in for a operation on Thursday so Brook is going to give Reagan his first Hair cut.Dr. C. thinks he can easily rectify the problems that Reagan has had and give him more room in his neck for fluids to pass back and forth to the brain. They will make an incision at the base of his skull, remove a part of his bone; releasing the pathway for fluids. Then he will take some tissue out of Reagan's upper leg to replace tissue cut away in his head.
